Two no-meeting days each week. Reviews are async by default so momentum belongs to the maker.
- Risk reviews
Every fortnight we review live detection outcomes together — engineers, analysts, and support in one room.
- Ship logs
A public internal changelog. If it shipped, everyone can see what changed and why it mattered.
